Dulex Laidler Sitka House Ltd. is proposing to redevelop 148-154 James Road, Port Moody. The proposal seeks a rezoning that will allow for a six-storey multifamily residential building.

Responding to feedback from the city and residents for more family oriented homes, Sitka House will provide approximately 88 residential units that cater to the needs of a multi-generational community with a mixture of accessible and affordable studio to 3-bed homes, including 13 below market rate rentals that place Port Moody locals first.

Placing the Needs of Port Moody Locals First

In response to feedback from the community, Sitka House will provide a mixture of accessible and
affordable studio to 3-bedroom homes that cater to a diverse and multi-generational community.

In addition, Sitka House will include 13 rentals (including eight studio, two 1-bed, and three 2-bed homes) at 15% below market rate for a 10 year period. These rentals will be pre-released to Port Moody residents and workers
